Who
am I
I’m Richard Cleveland — a Calgary-based filmmaker and longtime media creator. From hosting The First Layer for over seven years to covering major fan events like the Calgary Expo, Vul-Con, and the Calgary Horror Con, I’ve spent my career telling stories and building communities. Now I’m bringing it all together in Reel Alberta, a documentary uncovering the untold history of film in “Hollywood’s North.”
